The choice of legal entity, be it limited company, for profit or not for profit (Community Interest Company, Social Enterprise) can be the cause of much debate and discussion between group members. We provide professional advice and guidance as well as facilitation of group discussions to help ensure that the right decision is made for your group. We can also take care of company registration and all the legal documentation such as Shareholder Agreements and Article of Association via our health focussed experienced legal team.

Clinical and Corporate Governance

Policies and Procedures

About Health has a comprehensive library policies and procedures which are constantly reviewed and updated. We make these available to provider groups so that they can adapt them for their own particular circumstances and needs. This can be particularly useful when provider groups are preparing Pre Qualification Questions (PQQs) and Invitation to Tenders (ITTs). We will provide support to make sure that the policies and procedures are fit for purpose for your organisation and will be CQC compliant.

CQC Accreditation Support

As well as having successfully achieved CQC accreditation in our own right, our specialist team includes former CQC inspectors who can give new organisations the benefit of their knowledge and experience to guide them step by step though the process and ensure successful accreditation.

ICT Support

When providing services under contract to NHS organisations it is essential that ICT systems and processes are compatible with those of the NHS and that they comply with stringent NHS requirements.
